It's Rösti Time !

There's a definate change in the weather, and the evenings are much
cooler.
It's Saturday night, and what could be better than a scrumptious
Rösti.
For two persons.
Peel, rince and paper towel dry 14 to 16 small to medium size
potatoes and then grate them.
Pour a little oil into the pan, pour the grated potatoes into the pan,
the pan must be hot.
Now you need some patience.
With a spatula, jumble the potatoes around.
Turn the heat down a little, and as soon as the Rösti looks almost
cooked, you can add a little chopped bacon and 150gr grated cheese.
Keep flipping the Rösti until golden brown on both sides.
Enjoy with a tomato salad, some people enjoy their Rösti with a
fried egg.
ENJOY !

Cooked, and ready to eat !

We call that hash browns here! We eat them at brakfast with eggs. Copped onion is good with it too!
