Catch of the Day
Only recently, keewee, at keewee's corner, spent their
vacation in Juneau, and many wonderful pictures later,
this is what I found in our local newspaper today.
Here is a picture of the
US Senator standing on the
bank of the river Kenai after
she caught a 28kg
*Königslachs* King Salmon.

One day when I am big I am going to catch a fish like that too. In Alaska.
That is a very fine salmon indeed. We never bothered to buy the tags to go after King salmon, they were just too darn expensive, considering the chances of catching one where we fish was slim.
