'Aint this Sweet ?

ERDOS, China - The world's tallest man married a woman two-thirds

and almost half his age on Thursday in a traditional Mongolian ceremony.



Bao Xishun, aged 56, a 2.36meter (7ft 9inch) herdsman from China's

vast Inner Mongolian region, was carried to his wedding on the back

of a mobile yurt pulled by camels at the Genghis Khan holiday resort on the

grasslands near Erdos city.



Hundreds of people, some traveling for hours turned up to see Bao wed

saleswoman Xia Shujuan, a mere 1.68 meters (5ft 6 inches) tall and

just 29 years old.



The young blushing bride says she's madly in love and

"You need to have feelings for someone to be in love, even if he is a big

shot, you can't love him without feelings!"

Aaah, now isn't that sweet.

What puzzles me is how on earth is she going to reach his level to

kiss him goodbye when he goes off to work in the morning!

I can only hope that someone somewhere in Mongolia was kind enough

to tinker a little ladder high enough for her to stand on when she kisses
her beloved giant good-bye.
Is this what they call "a match made in heaven?"
